Program
Description
Private
Training
Private training is a perfect way to get one-on-one attention and improve
individual skills. Form mechanics, ball handling, speed, agility, and quickness are
the cornerstones of this particular training. Each workout is customized to
attack the individual’s specific needs and career enhancement.  Each lesson is
one hour and is conducted by a passionate coaching staff trained and educated
to understand our persevering philosophy as well as our method of teaching.
Semi-Private
Training
Each student-athlete will receive individual attention through a series of drills
that emphasize, dribbling and attack moves in addition to speed, agility and
quickness.  Each session will conclude with participants competing.  Skill work is
broken down into position specific dynamic drill sequences, which focus on each
player’s unique performance goals.  Unlike private training, our semi-private
training will allow each student-athlete an opportunity to compete against
another player of similar age, size, and ability.  Semi-private training will have a
maximum of (4) student-athletes.  
Competitive
Edge
Workouts
This cutting edge small group workout will maximize the skill development, skill
consistency, knowledge and understanding of each student-athlete. Workouts
will stress endurance, agility, and skill development drills, similar to the NBA and
WNBA Training Camps, getting each student-athlete in tremendous game
shape for any full court action. The goal is to offer every player something they
need to get better - hard work, repetition and a competitive edge.
Open Gym/
Pick-Up
For Youth
The first of its kind, student-athletes will have the luxury of playing several
games using the old-school approach to pick-up basketball by competing
year-round.  Attend open-gym and receive the freedom to relax, make mistakes
while having fun at a competitive level.  With no system in place, just play and
experiment new moves and/or focus on mastering the basics.  Open gym allows
the Hoopology coaching staff the ability to access the skills in live play, take
notes and correct mistakes.
Shooter's
Workshop

(Each workshop
is
only 30
minutes)
Attend the Shooter’s Workshop and shoot on average of 200 - 400 game
speed shots in 30 minutes, using a simulation machine that can be used
anywhere on the court to create real game situations while a Hoopology
coaches instruct.  Each session coaches will gather shot totals, statistics and
percentages to provide a shot progression for all student-athletes.  The focus
will be on the following: catch and shoot, shooting off the dribble using various
moves in addition to shooting off of screens while building confidence and
understanding the value of muscle memory.   Shooter's workshop training will
have a maximum of two (2) student-athletes.
Shots-Up
This advanced program is designed for high school and junior high age players
who do not have access to gyms during the school year to get shots-up.
Getting shots-up on a regular basis is the basic building block to mastering the
fundamentals of great shooters.  Most players do not get enough shots up, or
training time in practice.  Coaches do not have time to train and work with
players individually during the year, or during the off season. Attend the
Shots-up Workouts and shoot on average of 200 - 500 game speed shots in 60
minutes.  Our shot-up program will keep you sharp throughout the year and
build your offensive skill development.
